The ESL Toolkit is a personal project by Neri. This page explains the information handled by the website and the third-party services linked from it.
Information you share
If you use a form or contact me, I may receive the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, this can include your email address and the message or feedback you submit. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.
The homepage currently has an email subscription form. It asks for an email address and sends that submission through Formspree. Feedback and resource-suggestion forms linked from the site are hosted by Google Forms; the information requested can vary by form and is shown in that form.
Games Hub link requests and email
The Games Hub is a free, publicly accessible resource. Requesting its link does not, by itself, subscribe you to promotional marketing emails. If a Games Hub link request form is connected to MailerLite, MailerLite will process your email address to manage that request and deliver the link. Any optional consent for future teaching tips or Toolkit updates is separate and must be chosen independently.
Current setup: The website files reviewed contain a Formspree-powered homepage subscription form, but no configured MailerLite form or connection. The MailerLite processing described above applies when that separate link-request form is actually connected.
How information is used
- To respond to emails, feedback, or resource suggestions you send.
- To handle an email subscription or, when configured, send a Games Hub link you request.
- To remember preferences and progress on this device for parts of the Toolkit, such as the selected theme, guide progress, and saved game settings or lists.
- To maintain and deliver the website. The hosting provider may process technical request information as part of serving the pages.
I do not publish feedback or testimonials without the contributor’s explicit permission.
Service providers and external links
Processes submissions from the homepage email form and sends them to me. Formspree may handle submission and technical data under its own practices. Read Formspree’s Privacy Policy.
Not currently connected in the website files reviewed. If enabled for Games Hub link requests, it will process the submitted email address to manage the request and send the requested link. Read MailerLite’s Privacy Policy.
Some feedback and suggestion forms open as Google Forms. The site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Google may process information when you use those services or your browser requests the fonts. Read Google’s Privacy Policy.
The Toolkit is hosted as a static website using GitHub Pages. Links to social platforms, Google Drive, Buy Me a Coffee, and other third-party websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Read GitHub’s General Privacy Statement.
Cookies, analytics, and browser storage
The Toolkit does not currently use analytics tags, advertising pixels, or site-set cookies. Some pages use browser local storage to remember your theme and save guide progress or game preferences and lists. That information remains in your browser storage for the relevant site unless you clear it and is used to provide those features.
Google Fonts and third-party forms or websites are separate services and may handle technical data under their own policies when contacted.
Data retention
I keep email correspondence and feedback only as long as needed to respond and manage the related request. Form providers may retain submissions according to their own policies and the account settings in use. I have not verified the retention settings for those provider accounts, so I cannot promise a specific deletion period. Browser-saved preferences and game data remain until cleared from that browser.
Your privacy choices
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete information you sent directly to me, or to stop receiving optional updates, by emailing workremotelywithneri@gmail.com. You can also clear the Toolkit’s local storage through your browser settings. Requests held by Formspree, MailerLite, Google, or another provider may need to be handled under that provider’s own process and applicable law.
